Terms of service

These conditions apply whenever you visit squirter.org, open a reader account, subscribe to the newsletter or buy a featured placement. Squirter is operated by the administrator of the squirter.org service, who can be reached at [email protected]. The privacy notice, the refund policy and the affiliate disclosure form part of these conditions.

Who may use Squirter

Squirter is written for adults. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to read it or hold an account. The site contains frank written material about sex but no nude images.

Education, not medical care

Our guides and science articles explain how squirting and female ejaculation work, drawing on published research and practical experience. They are general education. They do not diagnose anything and they cannot replace a doctor, a pelvic floor physiotherapist or a sex therapist who knows your situation. If you have pain, bleeding, incontinence or another health worry, see a qualified professional.

Partner links and rankings

Some product rankings contain links to shops that pay us a commission when a purchase follows. Every such link is labelled as a partner link. A commission never decides where a product sits in a ranking, and products without any partner deal are ranked by the same criteria. Brands that pay for Brand Featured or Brand Partner are marked as such wherever they appear, and payment cannot buy a better score.

Your reader account

A reader account is free. It lets you save guides and keep a personal squirting plan. One account is for one person. Keep your sign in details to yourself. We may close an account used for spam, automated copying of the site or harassment of anyone listed here.

The creator directory

The directory lists only adult creators who applied themselves and passed our identity and age check, on top of the age check of the platforms they publish on. Each entry links only to the creator's own pages. Entries may not contain nudity, offers to meet in person, links to leaked or stolen material, or anything involving a person under 18. Any listed creator may ask for their entry to be edited or removed by emailing [email protected], and we complete the request within a few business days.

Featured placements

Creator Spotlight, Brand Featured and Brand Partner are paid for a monthly or yearly term by an invoice settled in cryptocurrency. A term runs from the confirmed payment to its last day, and the plan continues each term with a new invoice sent before the term ends; nothing is charged to a card. We may decline or take down a placement that is misleading, unsafe or unlawful. Billing and refunds follow the refund policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to copy the site in bulk with automated tools, probe or disrupt its systems, send unsolicited messages to listed creators, post or ask for leaked material, impersonate another person, or use Squirter in a way that breaks the law.

Our content

Texts, rankings and graphics on Squirter belong to the service or are used with permission. You may quote short passages with a link back to the source. Copying whole articles is not allowed.

Limits on our responsibility

We try hard to keep information accurate, but Squirter is offered as it stands. To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for what happens on outside sites you reach through our links, or for products you buy from third party shops. Where we are liable, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Rights you hold as a consumer under mandatory law are not affected.

Governing law

These conditions are governed by the laws applicable at the administrator's seat. Mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live still apply to you.

Updates to these conditions

We may revise these conditions. The date at the top shows the current version. A change never alters the terms of a featured placement term you have already paid for.
