Age and 2257 statement

Squirter is an educational publication. We do not produce, commission or host sexually explicit images or video, and the site carries no nudity. For that reason the record keeping duties of 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 do not apply to material on squirter.org. Any such records for content on a creator's own pages are held by whoever produced that content and by the platform that hosts it.

How creators are checked

No one is added to our directory without applying. A creator appears only after she applies herself, publishes on a platform that verifies the age of its creators, and passes our own identity and age check, in which we compare an official photo ID against the person and confirm they are 18 or older. Every listed creator carries the Verified by Squirter badge. Applications we cannot confirm are declined and never listed.

Readers

The site and every account are restricted to people aged 18 and over.

Reporting a suspected minor

If you think any entry or image on Squirter may show a person under 18, email [email protected] with the address of the page. The entry is taken down immediately while we investigate, and we notify the competent authorities where the law calls for it.
